Our stay was great. The location was great. It was super easy to locate and to enter and leave. The garage was as described. We were in a minivan (Chrysler Pacifica) and fit length wise with plenty of space), could have fit one more car in there if we really wanted to. We were about three “houses” from the sand. We had 4 kiddos and 3 adults. 3 of our kids used the bunk bed and trundle. It worked really well. It was a little muggy when we first arrived, but after we opened the windows and turned on the fan and some AC we were totally fine. Overall, great stay, we would stay here again.

We have been going to Mission Beach for over 25 years. We use to stay at the Bahia Resort Hotel but the last couple of times we ventured out into Airbnb’s. We love Nancy & Kevin’s place. There’s lots of space, it’s clean & has everything you need. It’s so close to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants. Would stay here again.

Nancy and Kevin were great hosts. Responsive and helpful. The house was in great condition. Clean, had all that we needed for our stay, and very close to the beach.

This is a great place for families and one of the biggest units we’ve ever rented in Mission Beach. The place is very clean and again, spacious with a lot of room to spread out. We loved the beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and sand toys. Highly recommend this place so close to the beach!

Nancy was wonderful to deal with. The location and place are as listed. The space inside and out was really enjoyable. It’s worth noting that there is a larger unit above this one, for larger groups and families. The first few days of our trip, there were only adults upstairs and there were no issues. Then a family with children checked in and it was incredibly noisy in the unit for the rest of our stay, which really affected our ability to enjoy being there in the unit.. We attempted asking the upstairs renters to not allow their children to run around, but that didn’t help.. then we reached out to Nancy. She is wonderful and she reached out to them to ask them to minimize the noise also, but seemed impossible maybe with how many kids they had up there. We would love to book here again, as we plan to do annual trips to the area, but would definitely not be able to do so unless our dates were guaranteed to not host children above us.

We had a nice stay. The place had plenty of room for my family of 6. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The distance to the beach was great and so convenient. We had a minivan and the parking spot was extremely tight, but we made it work. Overall a great little place for a few days.
