(Please be mindful of the families who live nearby) - No music with profanity outside ( Family Friendly Area) - No smoking inside the home. - No Pets ( Will result in a $500 fine) During and At time of check out! - Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start it before leaving. - Take out the trash as needed - Turn off central heating if not home Special Note: Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay.

Guest Access

Available patio with BBQ grill is located on lower level directly in front of unit. Upper level patio at the base of outdoor stairs is restricted as it is reserved for upstairs tenants. FRONT WALKWAY: Guests staying in the lower level can use the front walkway. Guests staying in the upper level may use the front walkway to walk thru. Only one parking space is located in the car port behind the property. Parking space might be narrow for large vehicles.

We have been going to Mission Beach for over 25 years. We use to stay at the Bahia Resort Hotel but the last couple of times we ventured out into Airbnb’s. We love Nancy & Kevin’s place. There’s lots of space, it’s clean & has everything you need. It’s so close to the beach and some of our favorite restaurants. Would stay here again.

Nancy was wonderful to deal with. The location and place are as listed. The space inside and out was really enjoyable. It’s worth noting that there is a larger unit above this one, for larger groups and families. The first few days of our trip, there were only adults upstairs and there were no issues. Then a family with children checked in and it was incredibly noisy in the unit for the rest of our stay, which really affected our ability to enjoy being there in the unit.. We attempted asking the upstairs renters to not allow their children to run around, but that didn’t help.. then we reached out to Nancy. She is wonderful and she reached out to them to ask them to minimize the noise also, but seemed impossible maybe with how many kids they had up there. We would love to book here again, as we plan to do annual trips to the area, but would definitely not be able to do so unless our dates were guaranteed to not host children above us.

We had a nice stay. The place had plenty of room for my family of 6. I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella. The distance to the beach was great and so convenient. We had a minivan and the parking spot was extremely tight, but we made it work. Overall a great little place for a few days.
