Parking is easy, with two private garage spaces included. (Please note: the carport on the left AND space in front of the garage are not available for guest use.) If you have oversized vehicles, there’s ample street parking on Mission Blvd. EV drivers: There's a Level 1 charger in the garage for you to use, free of charge (pun intended). 1.) Please be mindful of the guest's downstairs and surrounding neighbors. 2.) When entering the home after enjoying the day at the beach, please make sure to rinse off all sand so you are not tracking into the home. 3.) We have kids beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and other miscellaneous beach goodies in the garage that you can use during your stay. 4.) We will request a $500 security deposit due 2 days before check in. It will be refunded 2 days after check out.
