The master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, private en-suite bathroom with double sinks, and a large walk-in shower—your own serene escape. The bunk bedroom is a fun and functional space for families or groups, with a bunk bed that includes a double on top, a double in the middle, and a twin in the pull-out trundle below. The third bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed and a unique staircase leading to a private rooftop deck—complete with lounge furniture and unbeatable sunset views. The home also includes a second full bathroom with a tub/shower combo—perfect for rinsing off after the beach. Private Rooftop deck: Enjoy the private rooftop deck with panoramic ocean views—perfect for sipping your morning coffee or watching the sun set over the waves each evening. Parking is easy, with two private garage spaces included. (Please note: the carport on the left AND space in front of the garage are not available for guest use.) If you have oversized vehicles, there’s ample street parking on Mission Blvd. EV drivers: There's a Level 1 charger in the garage for you to use, free of charge (pun intended). Whether you're sipping coffee with an ocean breeze or watching the sun dip below the horizon from the rooftop, this beach house has everything you need for a memorable coastal getaway.

Local law enforcement may be contacted if this is violated ( No Refund Will Be Given) - Quiet hours after 10pm. - Music outside must be at a low volume - No loud music outside past 7pm - No music with profanity outside ( Family Friendly Area) - No smoking inside the unit. - No Pets ( Will result in a $500 fine) During and At time of check out! - Take out the trash as needed - Turn off central heating if not home Special Note: Please do not move any of the furniture in the home around during your stay. Must be 25 and over to book

1.) Please be mindful of the guest's downstairs and surrounding neighbors. 2.) When entering the home after enjoying the day at the beach, please make sure to rinse off all sand so you are not tracking into the home. 3.) We have kids beach toys, beach chairs, boogie boards and other miscellaneous beach goodies in the garage that you can use during your stay. 4.) We will request a $500 security deposit due 2 days before check in. It will be refunded 2 days after check out.

Available outdoor patio with BBQ grill is located at the base of the stairs. Lower level patio directly in front of downstairs unit is restricted as it is reserved for bottom floor tenants. FRONT WALKWAY: All guests staying upstairs and downstairs can use the front gate to access the walkway. Two private parking spaces inside the garage. Please do not park in the carport on the left as it is for downstairs unit only. Also, no parking is allowed right in front of the garage door due to it being in the red zone.
